Project Estimate/Budget - M2 Rate - CSA

This downloadable item includes one excel sheet for putting project costs together, and calculating them against a m2 rate or other quantity.

The sheet allows you to enter all of your project details. You can then enter your items under the element subheading you are pricing. This can be split into labour, plant & materials, or you can add a lump sum figure. This will then give you a m2 rate based on the quantity you have entered at the top of the sheet.

All figures will total at the top of the sheet, where you can then add a range of % such as site set up, these can all be changed to suit your own requirements. The total cost will then be divided by the m2 quantity you have entered. 

This sheet can be used to make your own project budget, or as a CSA for clients to summarise all of your costs. The m2 quantity element can be deleted if not required and you wish just to show your costs without this.

All of our templates come with instructions on how to use them (we have made them simple to use for ease of use, the instructions are additional guidance). We also have a support email should you need any further assistance.

We have included some screenshots of the sheet, however, this only shows a small part of some of them to give you an idea and prevent copying. The screenshots also do not show formulas used to make the sheets work efficiently.
