Valuations

We provide accurate and reliable interim valuations, tailored to suit your project requirements. Valuations can be completed through in-person site visits or by reviewing progress against client-provided documentation, photographs, and supporting information.

Each valuation is carefully prepared to reflect works completed to date, ensuring claims are robust, well-evidenced, and aligned with contractual requirements.

Variations

Alongside interim valuations, we also provide comprehensive variation assessment and preparation services. This includes variations arising from changes to drawings and specifications, as well as extended project durations resulting in increased preliminary costs.

All variation claims are fully supported with clear, relevant evidence, ensuring they are robust, transparent, and contractually compliant. We are also happy to liaise directly with your clients to discuss and agree variation costs, helping to minimise disputes and support timely commercial resolution.

This service also includes defending claims that your company may have already put in which are being disputed by your client. 

Final Account

We can provide support at the conclusion of your project by preparing and negotiating the final account with your client. This ensures that all works completed are accurately accounted for and that your final claim fairly reflects the full scope of works undertaken, together with all costs incurred throughout the project.

Cash Flow Forecast, Budgets etc.

For upcoming or live projects, we can prepare detailed cash flow forecasts to enable accurate monitoring of financial performance at each stage of the project.

We also provide comprehensive project budgets, clearly broken down into labour, plant, and materials, allowing effective cost control and ensuring full visibility of expenditure across all elements of the works throughout the project duration.

Preparation of Contract Document and Notices

We can assist with the preparation of contracts for upcoming projects, including JCT forms, ensuring they are clearly drafted and aligned with the agreed commercial and contractual terms.

We also provide support to contractors by reviewing contracts issued to them, ensuring clarity on obligations and risks. In addition, we can assist developers who are looking into entering into a contract with main contractors or subcontractors, to help ensure their project is protected with a contract.
