Day Works Valuation Sheet Template

This downloadable item includes an excel sheets for tracking day work valuations on site. We have provided a screenshot which shows a snippet of the work sheet.

The sheet works by filling in the date of the works, writing the description of the works that has taken place, then the type and number of operatives and the number of hours of work completed. This is then completed for the plant. Using the information written here, fill in the numbers under each item. All of these items can be edited to suit the plant and labour you have on site, or other items you may require. You can also add a % OHP to specific items.

The sheet will then automatically calculate the total cost of dayworks for the period you are claiming in. This can then be added to your valuation claim. The template is a simple and easy to use sheet, which will work out costs for you, and puts all of your rates on one sheet.

 All of our templates come with instructions on how to use them (we have made them simple to use for ease of use, the instructions are additional guidance). We also have a support email should you need any further assistance.

We have included some screenshots of the sheet, however, this only shows a small part of some of them to give you an idea and prevent copying. The screenshots also do not show formulas used to make the sheets work efficiently.
