We offer a range of Estimating services, please see the headings below for more information. All services we offer include professional paperwork provided by us (or we can use your own if you would rather).  

Budget Estimate

We can offer budget estimates for all sizes of projects, from the construction of a single dwelling, to the development of an entire estate, or commercial developments such as shops offices, etc. Our budgets our comprehensive of all elements involved in a construction project, including preliminary costs, substructure, superstructure and more. We will discuss the needs of your project, and make a budget that meets your requirements. 

BoQ Preparation (Including Taking Off)

We can prepare a BoQ against drawings/information you have provided. This may be a BoQ which is ready for your own pricing (or subcontractor), or a complete bill where we have priced the job for you with our knowledge of market rates. We are keen to work with contractors and learn about their business and rates, and develop a relationship pricing work. We can also just provide our take off documentation if you wish to develop your own bill. 

Estimating Projects

As well as preparing our own BoQ for projects, we can price using any tender documentation that you have been sent (schedule, BoQ, etc). 

Value Engineering & Cost Advice

If you already have costs for a project, we can review these and provide advice on where savings can be made. This may be contractors looking to submit a tender, or someone who is planning a project and is looking where savings can be made, We can provide value engineering to all kinds of projects.
