Estimating Sheet Templates

This downloadable item includes two excel sheets for tracking estimates that have come into the company, including ongoing and completed.

Both templates provide the same details, we have provided both so you can choose which ones suits your needs best. The sheets include an area to add the project name, client name and the date the estimate needs returned. As the due date gets close, it will automatically turn amber and red, so you can easily see estimates that are coming up to submission. There is also a column to add the QS/Estimator within your company who is completing it, plus an area for any notes such as revisions. 

Once complete, you can enter the total cost and submission date. Tenders that have been won and lost can be moved to a different tab so you can keep track. 

All of our templates come with instructions on how to use them (we have made them simple to use for ease of use, the instructions are additional guidance). We also have a support email should you need any further assistance.

We have included some screenshots of the sheet, however, this only shows a small part of some of them to give you an idea and prevent copying. The screenshots also do not show formulas used to make the sheets work efficiently.
