This downloadable item includes two excel sheets related to admin purposes for estimators and quantity surveyors. 

Project Risk Register - This is a template where you can write down numerous potential project risks. There are then columns for discussing the potential impact of the risks, how to prevent/mitigate them and who is to address the risk. This is a great tool which can be used during estimating a project, or when handed over to a QS. This sheet can identify problems, and put plans in place to assist in preventing future issues from occurring.

Project Change Log - This template is a table which allows you to enter any changes. This can be used for any tender changes, or variations when a project is live (or other changes). The table has a place to enter change IDs, date they have been raised, who raises it and the role of them. You can then enter the impact of the change (cost, programme, etc). You can also enter an impact rating to prioritise any action from your team. There is a column to enter any cost implications. You can then enter the status of the change and any further notes that may be required.

These two sheets are essential for tracking changes in the project, and any potential risks which could have a commercial impact. It can be shared with numerous members of your team and be adjusted to be used by different departments.
